From the date of this (Terms of Services & Use) agreement, to an indefinite time so deemed by the owner of these materials, documents, articles and services; the same items are, and shall remain the sole property of the owner; unless the owner deems by sale only, to relinquish rights to said property: (articles) (documents) (materials) and/ or (services). The owner may sell these same materials, documents, articles, and/ or services as owner deems desirable; including rights in part, or, rights in full. Use of any and all content displayed at this website/ blog/ or page addresses(s), is strictly prohibited without expressed written permission of the owner; and, will be prosecuted within the fullest extent of the law.
