First, I must say this; to the Holy God of the Bible, the nature, or, (particular flavor) if you will, of your sin doesn't matter as much as the fact that you are a sinner who's life-style is one of sin. But then, that can be said of anyone and everyone who doesn't personally know the Lord God of the Bible like that, nor why, and how much He loves them. Make no mistake, He does love you!
So you're practicing homosexuality, and I'm not down-playing its severity or connotations for an instant; but, there are people practicing; (living out daily), lying, stealing, killing, rape & molestation, child & adult pornography, gluttony, child abuse, fornication, adultery, abortion, jealousy, hatred, malice, envy, strife, homosexuality and blasphemy: you name it, it's happening! Yet, apart from (blasphemy against The Holy Ghost), of which no man can be forgiven; God, can and will forgive any and all other sin. After all, to The Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, sin is sin and He will repay (punish) the sinner period.
So, your being forgiven of your sin of homosexuality, and, God literally cleaning and rebirthing that part of your nature; and, saving your eternal soul is for GOD, common-place, and not predicated upon who, what, when, where, how, or why you are; but rather rests solely upon one question: Do you really want Him too?
I tell you this without any uncertainty, that, on the day that you, from the heart, in your heart-of-hearts really want the Lord God to once and for all actually make you free from not only the desire of homosexuality, but the very thought, and save your eternal soul, He will! Did you hear me? HE WILL! If you ask Him He'll do it.
Scripturally, besides being godly sorrowful when you come to Him, (GOD Almighty) - the (Lord Christ Jesus); there's nothing else you could do to help yourself in the process of being freed from this sin; except maybe remove yourself from the external influences that likely would hinder you in either getting free; and, or possibly staying free; people are different after all.
However, many people have been freed from the sinful desire of homo-sexuality, and many more shall be made free before it's all said and done. The real question is; will you be one of them? You're off to a great start if you're reading this article, and you'll do even better when you make a final decision to let the Lord God wash you clean of sin with His love and the blood He spilled for your sake at the Cross of Christ.
Your next question should be, 'How do I get started?' Answ: The beauty of it all is, you're well on your way to your new life in Christ Jesus, along with the freedom to live life as God destined for you, by the (Power of God's own Holy Spirit), which will be your power to live life as the Lord intended for you, and to experience true love, and, what that actually means, and entails.
But, before I forget, I'd like to make some reference as to why any one might enter into a homosexual lifestyle; and, you can be sure I'll get back to the question as to, 'how do you get started, and, or, what can you do about it.'
Right off the cuff let me say, I believe that the two greatest reasons any one might enter into this lifestyle are:
1 ) Self esteem issues; insecurities
2 ) Sense of inadequacy, and inferiorities
Other reasons might be:
1 ) Growing up in this atmosphere; not knowing anything else...
2 ) Forced into it through a personal assault; leaving behind horrific emotional scaring..
3 ) Child molestation
4) By CHOICE; which, is the most dangerous!
If you've read this far, you're a strong candidate for (deliverance through God's love). So you'll know, getting anything from (the) Holy God, is predicated upon only a few amazing factors really; and, they are:
a. knowing He loves you that much..
b. realizing he can, and wants to do this for you..
c. your realization that you need Him, and need Him to do this for you...
d. absolute trust in Him...
e. asking Him to do this for you...
f. and, after all is said and done, believing that He, in fact, has done it for you..
Now, back to the question that will ultimately change your life, if, you've read this far, and you've understood and have decided to allow the Lord GOD Almighty to do this for you, then, do this:
a. In your mind and heart, get ready and expect, yield, accept, and receive a miracle from the Holy God, by means of His own Holy Spirit, amen.
Now, when you've done that, let's pray:
( PRAYER )
Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus Christ, please forgive me for all of my sins against you, and against mankind! I am so sorry dear Lord, and I repent of all my sins done in this body. Please save me Lord Jesus, and walk with me for the remaining days of my life. Wash me clean by the blood of Jesus Christ, and fill me with the power and strength of your own Holy Spirit Lord God, so that I can live righteously before you, and dwell with you in your kingdom at the end of my days. And, Lord Jesus, deliver me once and for all time, from the bondages of this homosexual spirit, and give me right desires. Show me how to live my life according to your perfect WILL, and Lord, keep my paths accordingly. Thank you so much for loving me dear Lord, and I bless your Holy name forever: in the precious name of Jesus Christ I pray, amen!
*Remember, you are no longer homosexual! You are free, and free in deed! No matter what anyone might say to you, from this day forth, you are a (child of the Most High GOD of Israel - The God of Abraham, The God of Isaac, and The God of Jacob). (II Corinthians 5:17 ) And, you are a child who's been washed perfectly clean, and who's been filled with God's own Holy Spirit; again, which is the power you need to live this life and to stay free. From this day forth, you are free to do the Will of God, and to serve Him. Also, it's also key to remember, that you need never feel, or live as one who is condemned, or facing condemnation, you're free! You should also know that you are free from guilt, and all the sins of your past. You can also help yourself by getting a Bible if you don't already have one; preferably, the King James Version of the Holy Bible, and read, the answers are in His Word, the Holy Bible...
One last thing: it behooves you to find a stable, honest (Fellowship), Bible-believing church, where the Spirit of the Most High God actually lives, and reigns: This may, or may not be easy depending upon where you live; times being what they are... If nothing else though, tune in to Jimmy Swaggart Ministries, Bill Winston Ministries, and, or Charles Stanley's InTouch Ministries (TV) and (Radio) as often as you can. It's vital that you maintain what you've been given today through God's own Holy Spirit, and that you not let it slip. So, a huge part of that freedom is dependent upon staying in the Word of GOD, hearing His Word, and retaining what you've obtained so that you can remain strengthened to live it!
Something else you can do right away - you can follow this ministry on TV/ Cable/ Satellite TV: , Jimmy Swaggart, and or: Study In the Word. Find it, follow it and listen; you will receive the help that you need! Don't say that you haven't been told or given any direction to help you stay free. All you need do is (BELIEVE) and even if you fall, get back up and don't give up! Amen!

Matthew 5:6 reads, 'blessed is everyone who hungers for, and thirsts after righteousness; for they shall be filled! (This means you have to immerse yourself in the Word of God! (It also means that if you do this, you will be changed from the inside, out).
One more thing: from all I understand from 'the Word of The Most High God,' you can not be homosexual and Saved; but, the real question should be, "Can you be saved while you are still in homosexuality?" My answer would be 'yes... of course if you are sincerely admitting to God that you are wrong, and Godly sorrowful and you want to be saved (and) delivered from the practice of homosexuality!' If you ask, 'can I be homosexual - and stay, or continue to practice and behave as a homosexual and be Saved unto The Kingdom of God,' then my answer to you would have to be emphatically (NO!); you shall not enter into the Kingdom of God: The same thing can be said to all sinners - no matter what the flavor of the sin! You are (unrepented): We all must turn from, and renounce our sins through sorrow and acceptance of The Lord Jesus Christ who sacrificed himself as a holy payment and an entrance for us unto the kingdom of God> St John 3:16.

Romans Chapter 1 (The Issue of SIN)
